It has been a long time ....

It has been a long time since I’ve shared something here, but now is a good time to think about new year's resolutions, so here you are:)

My very first resolution is to be more present on this blog and to implement some astonishing, revolutionary improvements. It sounds quite promising, what do you think?

Soo, the first big change will be to transform partially the purpose of this blog. As you might read on the Homepage, I established this blog to enhance my English and to create an exchange platform for HR knowledge sharing. This magnificent goal will still enrich this virtual place of thoughts expression, but since I've graduated in personal coaching, my point of view has changed dramatically:) I would even say that my priorities' hierarchy advanced to the next level.

After first coaching session I discovered an old, known from centuries wisdom about live. I struggle a bit to express this wisdom in words, but I think one word can suggest some idea behind this wisdom:

PURPOSE

What is your purpose? Where is your purpose, in your private life or at work?  What make you really happy?

Last months I lost mine. 12 months ago, I’ve had a quite risk surgery and the treatment afterwards was horrible. I lost a lot of energy but first and foremost I lost my faith that I’m powerful human, who can reach all what imagination is giving. This challenging time is still not over but ………..

One week ago, I went to great 2 days coaching seminar, and it was like a renewal for my soul😊 This is also why I’m back, maybe even stronger than before. This is why I will put in this blog more and more content about soul topics about coaching and about SELFCARE!

Self-care principles:

  •        I’m equal important than others (this for all mothers, who forgot to think about self-care😊).
  •        I try to identify my resources and I do not hesitate to use them.
  •     I implement my routines, because wellness of my body, brain and soul is Prio NR.1

This nice photo of me smiling has been done today - jogging, new but still old routine.
