About job, experience and future….
Currently I work as HR-Generalist at some great automotive company with an awesome team, that I admire. I have this marvellous opportunity to be connected with many HR Mangers which are for me not only mentors but also friends. I believe that we learn something new every single day and the best chance to learn more and better is to stay in touch with experienced people.
Soon I’ll be looking for new job challenge but to this topic I write more in separate blog.

10 years experience in the HR department
- Positions: recruiter, team leader, operations manager, personal advisor, HR generalist specializing in payroll
- Skills: Human resource management, recruitment, talent pool management, labor law, German civil code, social security in Germany, many different HR digital tools
- Education: German Academy for Management: HR manager
- University of Wroclaw: Linguistics, German studies
- In the future I will learn Phyton. I promised it, to some of the fabulous software engineers in my company
